Etimoloji

From Proto-Finnic *vaka. Cognate to Estonian vaga, Ingrian vaka, Livonian vagā, Livvi vagau and Votic vaka. The long vowel probably emerged as a means to ensure the strong grade in all forms, and may have been inspired by vajaa and vapaa.
