Nuh'tan sonra, kendi halklarına resul olarak daha nice peygamberler gönderdik.Afterwards We sent many messengers who brought clear proofs to their peoples.
Senden önce gönderdiğimiz resuller hakkında cari olan ilahî kanun budur.This has been Our way with the apostles whom We sent before you.
Gerçekten O Allah tarafından ihlâsa erdirilen bir kul idi, resul ve nebî idi.He was a chosen one, both an apostle and a prophet.

Yine de tuttular, O'nun yanısıra başka birtakım tanrılar edindiler. Ey Resûlüm!Have they taken gods besides God?
Resulullah sonunda şöyle dedi: “Ya Rabbî, adaletle hükmünü ver!"Judge in truth (between us), O Lord," he said.
Öyleyse yalnız O’na teslim olun. Sen ey Resulüm!Your God is one God, so be obedient to Him.
O Resul: “Ya Rabbî, dedi, beni yalancı saymalarına karşı Sen bana yardım eyle!”(The apostle prayed): "O Lord, deliver me, for they accuse me of lies."
Sonra resullerimizi peş peşe gönderdik.Then We sent Our apostles one after the other.
Yoksa şu aralarında yaşamış olan Resulü, tanıdıkları biri olmadığı için mi reddediyorlar?Or did they not recognise their apostle, and rejected him?
Resulullah'ın sizi çağırmasını, sizin birbirinizi dâvet etmenizle bir tutmayın.Do not consider your being summoned by the Apostle to be like your summoning one another.

Nûh'un halkı da gönderilen resulleri yalancı saydı. [36,14; 7,59-84]The people of Noah accused the apostles of lies.

Semud halkı da resulleri yalancı saydı.The Thamud accused the messengers of lies.
Eyke halkı da resulleri yalancı saydı.The people of the Wood too called the messengers liars.
Çünkü Benim huzurumda resuller korkmazlar.” buyurdu.Surely those sent as messengers do not fear in My presence,
Sen elbette gönderilen resullerdensin.That you are indeed one of those sent
Resuller dediler: “Elbette biliyor Rabbimiz,Size gönderilen elçileriz biz.”(The messengers) said: "Our Lord knows that we have been sent to you.
Gelin siz bu resullere uyun!”"O my people," he said, "follow the messengers.
Yazıklar olsun o kullara ki, kendilerine gelen her resul ile, mutlaka alay ederlerdi.Alas for men! No apostle ever came to them but they made fun of him.
İlyas da şüphesiz resullerdendi.Verily Elias is one of the apostles.
Lût da şüphesiz, resullerdendi.Verily Lot was one of the apostles,
Yûnus da şüphesiz resullerdendi.Verily Jonah is one of the apostles.
Ey iman edenler! Allah'a ve Resulüne itaat edin de emeklerinizi boşa çıkarmayın.O you who believe, obey God and the Prophet, and do not waste your deeds.
Çünkü Allah: “Ben ve Resullerim elbette galip geliriz.” diye hükmetmiştir.God has decreed: "I will prevail, I and My apostles."
Münafıklar sana geldiklerinde: “Biz, senin Allah'ın Resulü olduğuna şahitlik ederiz.” derler.WHEN THE HYPOCRITES come to you, they say: "We affirm that you are the Apostle of God."
İzzet, Allah'ın, Resulünün ve müminlerindir. Ne var ki münafıklar bunu bilmezler.But power belongs to God, His Apostle and the faithful, though the hypocrites do not know.
O halde Allah'a, Resulüne ve ona indirdiğimiz nûra, Kur’ân’a iman edin.So believe in God, His Apostle and the Light We have sent down.
Allah'a itaat edin, Resulüne itaat edin.Obey God and obey His Apostle.
Bu Kur'ân, pek kerim bir Resulün sözüdür.That this is indeed the word of the noble Messenger,
Ey örtüsüne bürünen Resulüm!O YOU ENWRAPPED in the cloak (of Prophethood),
Firavun o Resule isyan etti. Biz de onu şiddetle cezaya çarptırdık.But the Pharaoh disobeyed the apostle; so We seized him with a grievous punishment.
Ey Resulüm! Kur'ân’ı sana parça parça Biz indiriyoruz.We have revealed the Qur'an to you gradually;
Resullere ümmetleri hakkında şahitlik vakitleri belirlendiği zaman; beklenen kıyamet kopmuştur.And when the time comes for raising the little girls (buried alive) --
Ey Resulüm! Rabbin seni terk etmedi, sana darılmadı da.Your Lord has neither left you, nor despises you.
Resulleri dedi ki: "Allah hakkında mı şüphe (ediyorsunuz)?Their Noble Messengers said, “What!
Ey Ehlikitap! Resulümüz size geldi.O People given the Book(s)!
Sapıklık falan yok bende. Tam aksine ben, âlemlerin Rabbi'nden bir resulüm."There is no straying in me – I am in fact a Noble Messenger from the Lord Of The Creation.”
Kuşkun olmasın ki ben, âlemlerin Rabbi'nin bir resulüyüm."Indeed I am a Noble Messenger from the Lord Of The Creation.”
Lût'u da resul olarak gönderdik.And (remember) Lut when he said to his people, “What!
Katımızdan bir emir olarak. Hiç kuşkusuz biz, resuller göndeririz,By a command from Us – indeed it is We Who send.
Ey iman edenler! Resulle gizlice konuşacağınız zaman, bu gizli konuşmanızdan önce bir sadaka verin!O People who Believe!
Çünkü O, resulünün önünden ve arkasından gözetleyiciler yürütür.(Allah gave the knowledge of the hidden to the Holy Prophet – peace and blessings be upon him.)
(Resulüm!) De ki: Mülkün gerçek sahibi olan Allah'ım!Invoke (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “O Allah!
(Resulüm) sen "Allah" de, sonra onları bırak, daldıkları bataklıkta oynayadursunlar!Say, “Allah” – then leave them playing in their indecency.

(Resulullah'ın:) "Ya Rabbi!And by oath of the saying of My Prophet “O my Lord!
O halde (Resulüm), öğüt ver.Therefore advise; indeed you are a proclaimer of advice.
Ey insanlar, Resul size, Rabbi'nizden hakkı (gerçeği) getirdi. Kendi yararınıza olarak ona inanın.O mankind!
Ben sizin hepinize Allah'ın resulüyüm. O Allah ki, göklerin ve yerin bütün mülkü O'nundur.Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “O people!
Allah'a ve Resul'e hainlik etmeyiniz ki, bile bile kendi emanetlerinize hıyanet etmiş olmayasınız.Do not betray Allah and His Noble Messenger, nor purposely defraud your trusts.
(Resulüm!) De ki: Rabbim!Pray, “My Lord!
Size ne oldu ki, Resul sizi Rabbinize inanmanız için davet ettiği halde Allah'a inanmıyorsunuz?And what is the matter with you, that you should not accept faith in Allah?
Allah'a itaat edin. Resulüne ve sizden olan ülülemre de itaat edin.O People who Believe!
Celalim hakkı için, Biz Nûh'u resul olarak halkına gönderdik.Indeed We sent Nooh to his people – he therefore said, “O my people!
Sen gerçekten resullerden isen, bizi tehdit edip durduğun o azabı getir de görelim!”Bring upon us what you promise us, if you are a Noble Messenger.”
Allah'a ve Resulüne hıyanet etmeyin, bile bile aranızdaki emanetlerinize de hıyanet etmeyin!Do not betray Allah and His Noble Messenger, nor purposely defraud your trusts.
