Etimoloji
From Old Church Slavonic студъ (studŭ, “cold”), from Proto-Slavic *studenъ (“cold”), from *studъ (“cold, shame”) and thus cognate with стыд (styd, “shame”). Compare Polish ostuda, Bulgarian студ (stud).
